The receptionist Brenda runs that place excellently. She is a happy soul who is accommodating and sweet.
The doc will see you in a few different rooms, he kinda bounces around them cracking as he goes.
I've heard people say the doc is a little rough. I'm not sure I've known any different and if you're not into rough, then I don't think you mean to go to a back cracker.
He is genuinely interested in what you need, how you feel and how he can make it better. He also doesn't seem to be like others, insisting you return in 2 days for the rest. of. your. life. I like his style.
